Advanced

Advanced is where we practice with full gear and steel swords. Fencers are able to start being creative and explore different styles. Every 3 months there is a focus on specific weapons and tactics. Then we have a new focus next semester. At the end of each semester we have an in house tournament. Advanced membership also gives access to Foundations classes.

Weapons

Classes change depending on semester. Longsword, Sabre, and Rapier are the main 3. But Messer and Sword & Buckler along with others also pop up.

Flexability

Consistency with attendance is the number 1 way to improve. But if you can't always attend for 3 months then there is also a monthly membership and single class drop in for experienced students.

Private Class

Advanced Memberships come with a 30 min private class included each month. Private classes are one of the main ways to progress in fencing. Subject to availability.

Gear Included

Although we can not guarantee to always have enough gear of each size. We have a lot of loaner gear for people to use when attending.

Sparring

Sparring is a part of each class, but Sunday is the open sparring night. For lots of sparring until your exhausted.
